Before galvanizing, it will be pickled first to remove stains and rust on the surface of the product. Then the piles will be hung up and placed in a zinc pot for galvanizing. Under normal circumstances, our zinc loading can reach 80-90 μm. We have professional inspectors to measure the amount of zinc for customers.
